Summy is a personal save-for-later tool provided by Speaking Computer. By using Summy, you agree to use it lawfully and only save content you are entitled to access and process.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in content you save. You give Summy permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the app’s features. You are responsible for the content you choose to save.

The service

Summy may change over time and may occasionally be unavailable. Summaries and answers can be incomplete or incorrect, so check the original material before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Summy to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s account or data.

Ending use

You can stop using Summy at any time. You can permanently delete your account and saved data from Settings in the app.
